Terms and Conditions for Love or Return!

• Valid only for SAFILO* sunglass purchases from 1st October 2025 to 31 January 2026 which have prescription lenses fitted.
• Consumer has 60 days from the date the sunglasses were made available for collection to return their prescription sunglasses for a full refund. For purchases made partly via direct rebate from the purchaser’s health fund, the refund may be returned to the original purchaser and their health fund in the respective amounts.
• Sunglasses must be returned to the retailer where the original purchase was made.
• A customer refund should only be issued when a consumer has been sold the SAFILO sunglasses on the benefits of the ‘Love Them Or Return Them’ (LTORT) offer and has returned the sunglasses citing the LTORT program.

• Retailer to ensure purchaser has not made previous claims under this program prior to providing credit note. To claim the credit from Safilo, please return the complete product to SAFILO with the invoice number and details of the lenses purchased. Safilo will provide a credit for the full amount (frame and lenses) to the G&M Account.
• Returns are “No questions asked” although badly damaged sunglasses will NOT be accepted (ie. large scratches, cracked/chipped lenses). Basic wear and tear acceptable.

• Available to patients 18 years and under, in practice only whilst stocks last
• $199 package apply to a complete pair from either G&M Kids, G&M, Coast or Spinach (lens upgrades available at standard costs)
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package, discount or benefit from any source other than a rebate from a Health Fund when applicable or the Perfect Pair offer

Terms and Conditions for Perfect Pair

• Discount applies to 50% off the cheaper pair whether they are the “first” or “second” pair
• If the second pair of lenses is a higher price the discount applied should be 50% of the cheapest set of lenses
• Offer can only be redeemed within 45 days of the original initial purchase (i.e the date of order, not the date of collection)
• Discount can be applied to any subsequent pairs with the same conditions as outlined above
• This offer applies only to HOYA lenses and cannot be used with any 3rd party lenses or branded sun package lenses including but not limited to Maui Jim or Smith
• Cannot be combined with any other lens discount or package offer
• May be combined with frame offers where specified – including but not limited to – clearance or stocktake sale discounts, permanent sale discounts or other promotions where specified by George and Matilda
